Study On The Modern Rural Eco-logistic

In the new century, the rural economy of our country went into a new seedtime, the emphases of agriculture development had been turned to currency field from production field. In this circumstance, as the accelerator of our country's rural economy, the rural logistics were developed very fast. But, in this process, people were often glimpse at the economic interest and saw nothing about the problems of environment, resource and energy that were induced by rural logistics'manage. Sustainable development, New Countryside building, Circular agriculture development, these all took new request to the development of rural logistics, but traditional rural logistics hadn't accommodated the new request obviously, it need a new theory or mode to solve the problems of country development. A new mode of rural logistics was appearing, it was rural eco-logistic. Rural eco-logistic was a logistics movement that aimed at reduce circumstance pollution and resource consuming. It based on sustainable development, improved the logistics system at the view of environment, and formed a logistics system that symbioses with environment. It emphasized holistic and long-range interest, designed and build a circular logistics system with a new theory, it was a bran-new logistics configuration. Develop the rural eco-logistic energetically, it was not only make rural economy developed healthy, it also improved the environment of countryside a certain extent.In this thesis, I introduced some theory about rural eco-logistic at first, then analyzed some advanced experience about overseas rural eco-logistic, brought some countermeasures about developing rural eco-logistic based on our country's actuality. This thesis brought out some measure about"green packing","scientific storage","logical transportation". To the reverse logistics system, this thesis discussed it with circular economy, try to put the theory of circular economy in circular economy strivingly. And toke the reverse of country solid waste as example, made the countryside reverse logistics system optimized. At the last, this thesis toke some advices to how to develop the rural eco-logistic, as the complementarities of this thesis.
