According to the real situation of logistics business in our country, in the opinion of the article, it is necessary to develop the Fourth Party Logistics, which shows great advantages in such areas as dealing with logistics of enterprises, integrating social resources, sharing logistics information, and making full use of social logistics resources, in the mean time, the FPL can also effectively solve many defects of the Third Party Logistics. In this article, a study has been taken for the qualified enterprise, how should the enterprise successfully grow into the fourth logistics enterprises through choosing a proper mode for their development. The study of the article has the universal as well as realistic meaning for the efficiency increase of the whole supply chain, the further development of our country's logistics business, and the improvement of the logistics operation of the society at large.This article chooses a third-party logistics, A enterprise, as the research object, which is engaging itself in transferring into the fourth-party logistics.
