Research On Supply Chain Of Fourth Party Logistics Based On Innovation Mode

With the high developing speed of global economy,E-business and IT industry boom,then the Third-part Logistics also experience explosive growth.While Enterprise face more fierce inter and domestic and overseas competition,the efficient Logistics and Supply Chain also become core element in business competition.The fourth party Logistic Theory comes up based on this condition,with the accumulation of theories,some enterprises have put the fourth party logistic into use,yet there are some limitations in practical application considering the scale and mode.This article is aimed at the Theoretical research of the fourth party Logistic and combines the practical experience to propose new innovated universal fourth party logistic,supporting some theory foundation for this industry.This article does research on the creation background and present status of the fourth party logistic,and the following two modes,system pattern and integration pattern,which cannot be quickly copied and generalized due to its organization scheme.Then it takes some companies for example which analyzes the existed problems and the demands analysis based on these problems.On these basis,it changes the present thoughts and proposes innovated the fourth party logistic,and then decomposes functions of the new pattern to establish backstage operation mechanism.According to enterprises requirements,it proposes targeted overall supply chain solution.Comparing the old pattern and new pattern to analyze practically,the supply chain efficiency get improved obviously.This pattern can be copied and generalized quickly,which possess great developing prospect.
