Gaoyang Ltd. once have had advantage of development because of its technique advantage and developed fast at that time. But it also decomposed fast after ten years splendid. Various kinds of difficulties burnt out. It's hard for the top manager to face, especially for the predicament of brain drain. This thesis talk about management active of Gaoyang company through the describing of some employee's experience in Gaoyang . We will study the case of Gaoyang's brain drain in order to acquire the reason and solution. In the thesis we will put emphasis on the HR development effect on employee especially skilled employee, employee's expectation, performance-based emolument, corporate culture and recruit and training. Find out the reason of brain-drain if it's in HR development strategy or corporate policy or corporate culture, to improve the sense of belonging and satisfactory on the company. Look for a way for Gaoyan to arouse employee's nature and potential and find the methods of avoiding the same situation in the future.
