Golden Sun Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as a local pharmaceutical enterprises,after 25 years of development,has achieved good results.In order to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition,the company carried out a strategic transformation in 2015,making every effort to build three big engines of R & D,production and sales.From 2016 to 2018,the company acquired three small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises in Liaoning area successively,at present,has formed a relatively complete R & D,production and sales industrial chain.However,due to the excessive pursuit of development speed and neglect of the quality of development,especially in the area of human resources management problems,in 2017-2019,the company's cumulative loss of all types of talent 69,annual brain drain rate of about 8% of the total number of employees.Therefore,the company has to think deeply about the reason of brain drain and the negative influence of brain drain on the development of the company.This paper attempts to study the problem of brain drain in Golden Sun Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,and follows the train of thought of "the current situation of brain drain —analysis of the causes of brain drain —solution”.By means of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper probes into the current situation and causes of the brain drain of Golden Sun Pharmaceutical Co..The main chapters of the thesis are as follows: The introduction points out the direction of the research through the analysis of the research background and significance,the analysis of the current research situation at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and methods;In the chapter of theoretical analysis,firstly,the concept of brain drain is defined,and the theory of motivation is described Analysis of the status quo chapter based on the data provided by the company's Human Resources Department from recruitment,training,pay and performance,motivation and promotion of four aspects of the company's Human Resources Management Analysis,the paper analyzes and evaluates the current situation of the brain drain in the company,and analyzes the causes of the brain drain from three aspects: The internal management of the enterprise,the external uncertain factors and the employees themselves,based on the questionnaire survey method,further points out the direction to solve the problem of brain drain in Golden Sun Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd..The countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: early-warning mechanism,incentive system and cultural construction The corresponding safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of high-level support.
