Research On Optimizing Of Production And Operation Process In The Manufacturing Plant

The purpose of this subject selecting focus on research for the process of production and operation (P&O) and find out an optimum process or model on P&O in the manufacturing enterprise to help them improve their management level, then become bigger and stronger step by step.In practice of the work, there are many operational problems related to P&O to be encountered, especially to those hidden troubles after performing process optimization on P&O, such as quality, the morale of employees, and re-distribution of resource etc can't be well solved.Thus, the thesis puts forward a practical "three-stage model" on process optimization of P&O within the manufacturing field after making a more systematic study on the process optimization of P&O, which is from "SET" to "MPS" then to "SIR", according to the sequence of steps which every letters represents, the three-stage model has made up of an integrated process of P&O in the enterprise: start at top management, to the facilitator ( experts or members of project team) of the strategy implementing then to operational level in the plant, as well, by this means of the ordered and efficient running to the each step of the model makes the optimization strategy of P&O implement in right place and arrive at expected object gradually. The steps of process are irreversible, but cyclic. The cyclic process is also one which management revises and improves the strategy per the actual results and market status of implementing process defined by the spreading trace of information feedback in the model, thus the enterprise will cumulate more and more experience, the process of P&O will also more and more optimization, therefore the competition will more and more strong through this repeated cycle.After that, the verifying result which makes an analysis to the investigated cases by the three-stage model, is almost similar with the conclusions applying SWOT analysis to the cases, a plus for the approbation to the model from the statistic data of questionnaire-(2)'s feedback can draw that there are some certain practicality come up with the three-stage model in the thesis on process optimizing of P&O in the manufacturing enterprise.
