These tools improve and optimize the manufacturing process and achieve good results.Finally, along with the implementation of Lean Production, it is approved that the work-in-process, production cycle, product quality, operations efficiency and so on have been made good progress by comparison of the input and output cost before and after the improvement, especially the comparison of the improvement output in manufacturing in T enterprise.
