Studies On Financing Structure And Efficiency Of The Private Enterprises In Jinan

Since reform and opening-up, the private enterprises in Jinan city have developed rapidly Private economy has already become an important strength of promoting economic increase in Jinan city, increasing fiscal income, boosting employment, activating city and rural markets and maintaining society steady. However, private enterprises have been in difficult situation of shortage of finances. They are bothered by difficulty in financing, which become bottleneck restricting their development. In this thesis, we investigated and analyzed the private enterprises in Jinan, explored financing structure and characteristics, difficulty financing and the reasons causing the problems. Furthermore, we analyzed the financing efficiency of the private enterprises, explored ways of financing suitable to private enterprises. We also analyzed efficiency of various ways of financing by means of theoretical and fuzzy analysis and made comparisons. Meanwhile, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was made. Finally, we proposed a number of feasible strategies that improve financing efficiency and mitigate the difficulty financing.The thesis is divided into six sections the first two sections mainly give an introduction to background and importance of financing situation of the private enterprises in Jinan. A brief literature review is also given. In third section, we made stepwise analysis of the financing structure of private enterprises in Jinan using financing theory for modern enterprises and summarized characteristics of current financing of the private enterprises in Jinan. In the fourth section, we explored behavior of difficulty financing in these private enterprises and the reasons causing the problems. In fifth section, we set up a fuzzy evaluation model for financing efficiency and evaluated the primary ways of financing in Jinan by fuzzy single-factor and comprehensive evaluation methods. The final section gave the proposed strategies solving the problems of the difficulty financing of the private enterprises in Jinan city. On the basis of literature review and reality of the financing situation of the private enterprises in Jinan, we find that previous studies seldom touch upon real situation in Jinan. Also, financing structure and evaluation in financing efficiency need to be further studied. Therefore, several creativities are proposed: Firstly, financing problems of the private enterprises in Jinan will be solely studies in aspect of local economics. Secondly, financing structure and difficulty financing of the private enterprises in Jinan will be analyzed in depth using enterprise financing theory to establish the solid theoretical foundation for proposing corresponding strategies. Thirdly, combining the real situation in Jinan, we will set up an evaluation model for financing efficiency of the private enterprises in Jinan and perform fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, we will analyze joint family-joint vouch operation in Lixia district in Jinan in order to solve the problems of difficulties of loaning and vouching for medium and small-sized private enterprises...
