Design On Project Timing Plan And Control Of FRA R&D Multi-Project Management

This paper mainly elaborated the background of SVCC and four FRA R&D projects, as well as requirements of these projects in chapter 1. Chapter 2 concretes project timing plan by defining project scope firstly and tasks of phases, setting up the project team and defining responsibilities and roles for core team member secondly, making WBS and draft timing plans and integration of them. Chapter 3 focuses on designing control of these projects including control on timing schedule, cost and quality. Chapter 4 studies how to follow up, check, review by applying check lists according to the milestone review, including risk management, incentive. Chapter 5 described desired effects and analyzed the impact brought by some uncertain factors. Chapter 6 draws conclusion and the full text prospect.Planning the schedules and control for products proves that a cross-functional team can complete multi-projects of products R&D by using project integration management, concurrent engineering techniques. That takes full advantage to special resources, deduces duration of projects with lower costs. Further more, the built procedure, tools and methods comply with international standard IOS9000 and TS16949 and can be used for the other automatic products launch.
