Early-warning Based On Logistics Risk Of Agricultural Products

Modern agricultural logistics industry is one of the important industry in our country agriculture development, which through improving the resource allocation and circulation efficiency of the agricultural products. At the same time Chinese special situation detennines that the "three issues concerning farmers" is our top priority of our work, perfecting modern rural commodity circulation system, develop the agricultural logistics, is the key to solve the problem.In fact, the logistics of agricultural products is still in its initial development stage, consciousness, standardization, risk system established does not reach the designated position and it also shows extensive growth. Our logistics system of agricultural products is not perfect, and there are series safeties problems exist in the logistics of agricultural products. Security issues of agricultural products greatly hinder the logistics development process of agricultural products. And it also increased the health risk of people's lives, by which the quality of life is lowered. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to establish an early-warning mechanism for logistics security of agricultural products.According to this, in this thesis we first summarize the related research findings, and then give an early warning indicator system of the agricultural products, which is based on the analysis of the current safety situation and the question for the logistics of agricultural products, introduces the main risk early-warning method, combining with the function of agricultural products supply chain risk early warning and condition, established the agricultural products supply chain risk early warning mechanism. In the end, we analyze the example for the logistics, then given the strategies for the agricultural products supply chain risk early warning.This thesis is divided into six chapters:In the first chapter, we firstly introduce the backgrounds, the meanings and the main research results of this dissertation. And then we introduce the main contribution of this thesis.In the second chapter, we summary the current safety situation and the reasons for the logistics of agricultural products, then we put forward an early warning indicator system.In the third chapter, we analyze the necessity and premise condition of building an early warning mechanism, and then we build early-warning mechanism for logistics safety of agricultural products.In the forth chapter, combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was designed supply chain of agricultural risk early warning model.In the fifth chapter, gives the supply chain risk early-warning strategy. In the sixth chapter, a summary of the research results is given.
