Study On SOA Technology Applying To IT Strategic Planning

With the rapid development of Information technology, Enterprise demand more the exigent need of high-quality IT planning. I have devoted myself to enterprise information technology construction over 14 years, there made success or failure, but only 30 percent come through. What's block the success of the enterprise information technology construction? What kind of IT planning does enterprise need? Using which advanced technology and method to make IT planning? How to improve the success rate of enterprise information technology construction, how to ensure the investment effectively? These key questions will be solved in this paper. Mostly research as following:First, by the analyzing to ubiquitous question on enterprise information technology construction, present the significance and necessary of IT planning and the trend of IT Planning, realize the requirement of IT Planning. And set a specific object to how to develop IT planning.Secondly, Through the research on main methodology and technical system construction, bring forward a method to meet the need of enterprise IT planning, this method adopt SOA technology to make an IT planning, It could reduce complexity of IT system framework, improve the quality and efficiency of IT planning, and make a good foundation to carry the IT planning into execution, thus ensure the investment's efficiency.Lastly, Through the application of actual practice validate the advantages to adoption SOA technology while making an IT planning: Could reduce the cost of secondary development, improve the entire system perform efficiency; realize the unification management on the entire business Process and IT system operation; thus ensure the success efficiency of enterprise information technology construction.
