The author carried on meticulous analysis of related marketing strategic theories of commercial bank's intermediate business, combining marketing management, competing strategy and the present research of commercial bank's intermediate business. Then, the author built up the integrating marketing strategic model of intermediate business of commercial bank.According to the research and analysis of the developing level of commercial bank's intermediate business, the resources condition, implement of marketing strategy among the Chinese and foreign commercial banks, the author analyzes foreign commercial banks' integrated marketing strategy of intermediate business and the marketing problem of Chinese commercial banks' intermediate business. From above analysis, the author build up the commercial banks' intermediate business integrated strategic model and homologous strategic implement measures of marketing.The aim of this article is to find out the way of theories and the practical foundation. At last, tests the feasibility of the based resources intermediate business integrated marketing strategic theories.
