The Research Into The Corporate Governance Of The Multinational Corporations In China

Corporate governance is broadly defined as a control system that is helpful for corporations and other organizations to conduct effective and efficient management, governance and resource allocation. Corporate governance includes corporate governance structure and corporate governance mechanism. At present, the research on corporate governance both at domestic and aboard has been quite rich, but the domestic research mainly focuses on the Chinese listed companies and the corporate governance structure of the western countries, and so on. The subject of these researches is limited to one country, while they pay less attention to the corporate governance problem of multinational corporations in China. The study of corporate governance structure in this paper has been extended from a single corporate governance structure to the corporate governance structure of the complicated multinational corporations.This paper is divided into six chapters. First of all, the paper puts forward the issue to be discussed and reviews relevant theories. Then discuss and analyze several forms of the corporate governance structure in the modern society. Next, the paper switches to the multinational corporations in China and constructs the subjective and comprehensive index system of the corporate governance structure of the multinational corporations in China, using the Delphi and fuzzy synthesis appraisal method. Finally, narrate the current situation of corporate governance structure of the multinational corporations in China, and point out the problems existing in corporate governance structure of the multinational corporations in China and then put forward the proposals of optimizing the corporate governance structure of the multinational corporations in China.
