With the continuous development of economic globalization,multinational business scope has expanded to all corners of the world,countries multinationals to their social responsibility is also growing.Multinational companies in the course of business activities impact on societyare deepening. These effects include not only the economic impact, but alsosocial, political, cultural and other aspects. In the future global o perations ofmultinational corporations to ignore the phenomenon of social responsibilityto its globalization strategy will have a severe negative impact, but also willbear a higher price than in the past.Continue to strengthen the current international trend of the worldeconomy, South Korea and China exchanges between the two countries hasbrought rapid economic development between the two countries, and theKorean companies starting to focus on CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).After the reform and opening up, the modern meaning of CSR also introducedto China. In particular, in2001the process of accession to the WTO andeconomic globalization become a direct factor of the overall rise of CSR inChina. From the economic perspective, the multinationals become a model forlocal businesses and to promote the development of China’s economy. Whilemultinational companies to enter the Chinese capital, technology, modernenterprise management concepts. According to statistics,80%of the publicthink that the multinational companies to promote the development of China’seconomy. This case in current China, South Korea’s national image evaluationis still relatively low, so part of the reason is the overseas expansionmultinational corporations social responsibility (CSR) form.Therefore, this study points of S.
