The Study On Selecting Independent Innovation Model In An Enterprise

An enterprise is the subject in the process of the independent innovation, so select independent innovation model is an important strategic decision, which include confirming the path of independent innovation in an enterprise, improving the independent innovation ability and enhancing the core competitiveness of an enterprise. This paper researches on selecting independent innovation model, analyzes the factors which affecting the choice of independent innovation model in an enterprise, and confirms the method and pattern of selecting the independent innovation model, which could offer certain experience based theory and method for the location of independent innovation model in an enterprise.Firstly, this paper not only analyzes the basic connotation and characteristic of the enterprise independent innovation models, which includes original innovation, integrated innovation and re-innovation after import, digestion and absorption by raising the national innovative ability. but also explains their differences and relationships. Secondly, this paper analyzes the factors of affecting the choice of the independent innovation model in an enterprise based internal influencing factors, external influencing factors and the enterprise life cycle. And it further analyzes the influence mechanism about how these factors affect the choice of independent innovation model in an enterprise. Thirdly, this paper constructs index system of selecting independent innovation model in an enterprise, and construct an pattern of the choice of independent innovation model in an enterprise combining with the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation, which could offer certain experience for the location of independent innovation model in an enterprise. Finally, this paper combines with the actual conditions of WD company, applying the pattern of the choice of independent innovation model in an enterprise constructed by this paper, offers the independent innovation model , matching with the development of the enterprise, which could offer an theoretical basis for formulating the independent innovation strategy in an enterprise.
