It will be key important for advancing Anhui Enterprise's Competition to recognize and Exert the main function of Enterprise independent Innovation, to do the Accurate Localization, and select the Appropriate Independent Innovation Model. There are many researches for the Innovation and Independent Innovation in the overseas and in the domestic, but to study the model of the Enterprise Independent Innovation, it is still in the elementary stage, not too much Literatures. Taking the chance from the Proposal of "Middle Rises" from Central Government and the Layout of "ELEVEN FIVE"from Anhui Local Government, using the research result from the oversea and domestic's writer as reference, this article introduces the Research for the Choice of Anhui Province Industrial Enterprise Independent Innovation Model.This Dissertation firstly introduces the basic theory for the Independent Innovation and its model, the research's method and its main function; Secondly, by studying "China Almanac for the Statistic of Science and Technology", "Anhui Almanac for The Statistic "and by Analysing ,Statisic, and Concluding the data for the first Anhui Economy General Investigation for all the country , this article gives the Analysis, the Localization for the Actuality of Anhui Enterprise, and make a right judgement for the development of Anhui Enterprise. Meanwhile, by using the analysis of Tendency of Development and Dynamic analysis of GM (1,N) Correspondence Model, the article helps to find out the key factors which limit the development of Anhui Industrial Enterprises Independent Innovation.
