Research Of Transformation From Highway Transportation Enterprises To Modern Logistics Enterprises

At present, there are a series of problems within the highway transportation enterprises development in China. For example, Insufficient funding, low level of technology. Aiming at these problems, this paper emphatically investigates how to transform fleetly and authentically to modern logistic enterprises for highway transportation enterprises, by relying on its predominance, under the environment of present society and market. So as to fulfill the celerity,efficiency and low-cost of up-to-date logistics estate, and to adapt the coming competitions by foreign logistics corporations.This article principally discusses that how to change a traditional transportation corporation into an up-to-date logistics corporation, In the first part, this paper elucidates the concept of modern logistics and its domestic and international development. On the basis of these, this paper analyzes the successful experiences and failure enlightenrnents of international highway transportation enterprises, at the same time indicates the directive significances for domestic highway transportation enterprises. This paper analyzes both highway transportation enterprise and modern logistics, and impersonally points out the differences of the two. On the basis, this paper emphatically investigates and analyzes the demands of modern logistics, and inevitability, necessity and feasibility of transformation, then deeply analyzes the industry environment and actuality during the process of transformation. On the basis of analyses of preceding paragraphs, this paper emphasizes on researching the strategy, tactics and concrete implementing methods.
