Small And Medium-Sized Third Party Logistics Enterprises: Difficulties And Countermeasures

As "the third profit source" in the economy field, Logistics is general paid attention to people. It is appearing widely developing situation and from the conventional logistics to the modern logistics. The third party logistics is the result of the high moment of the modern logistics.This paper conducts a detailed study of the medium-small-sized third party logistics enterprises in Zhejiang province, highlighting the extant difficulties and problems and their underlying causes. This essay establishes the performance evaluation system of the enterprises and sets up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the correlative example. Then it suggests some tentative countermeasures .The examples are appropriate, the performance evaluation system of the enterprises is practical and scientific, the countermeasures are effective and feasible.
