The Effective Interaction Of BPR And ERP Based On Enterprises

With the rapid development of Information Technique(IT) and the emergence of modern management idea,the enterprises should gather the latest technique and management idea to improve their management level. It is essential to strengthen the competition ability of enterprise continuously through implementing ERP.Certainly the heads of the enterprises also should learn more such as IT,ERP,BPR and so on.ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning) is not only an advanced computer software,but also a new management idea and model. It offers an overall planning and a strict controlling of the resources in the enterprise with the aim to boost its competency. BPR (Business Process Reengineering) highlights the improvement of the business process and therefore basically redesigns the current working process of the corporation in order to attain radical achievements in quality and service. It is an important issue for enterprises to study BPR and ERP to increase their abilities of competition.This paper develops the definition,principles and the path of BPR and ERP, starting with the concept and the core of ERP and BPR. And then the relationship of BPR and ERP is discussed. Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the actual situation of the Chinese corporations and speciality of the tobacco enterprises, we get the conclusion that the effective interaction of BPR and ERP is the inexorable trend of the development of modern enterprise management.
