In resource-based cities of China, exhausted of rescource made some important industry turn into decay and made the workers lose the jobs. How to solve the employment of redundanted people is the most hardest problem in the resource-based cities.The paper discusses the feasibility and necessarity of improving informal employment of rescource-based cities, and put forward the methods detailed.The paper suggests it is important for setting up the mechanism of informal employment standardization to improve the market environment, creat the labor policy, widen the informal employment field and reinforce the steps of social security.
