| In this information economy era,the market has changed from products-based to customers-based.Competition is day by day fierce and deep change happened in the enterprise management environment.Information Technology already becomes 21 centuries enterprise gaining and keeping a competitive edge and form important core competition means,this also indicates that enterprise informationize course have entered a fast traffic lane in the whole world range.To set up information system is the inevitable trend for enterprise to enter the world market.The construction procedure of ERP information system is not only a kind of projects application,but also something of Business Procedure Reengineering and organizational innovation depending on the participation and cooperation of each side including suppliers of hardware and software,system integration merchants, knowledge workers,end users,administrators of enterprise,decision-makers and so on.Using the theory and methodology of theory of management, theory of organizational behaviors, information system engineering,economics,computer science,etc,this dissertation studied the cooperative modes for ERP information system construction procedures respectively on the point of the organizational structure,the motivating and restricting mechanism of the enterprise ERP system working groups and the organizational resistance during the system application ,and analyzed in particular a case in point of my enterprise ERP information system construction.The structure and main contents are as follows:The first introduced the purpose and the significance of the proposed topics, research developments, the main ideas on paper and innovation.The Second chapter discusses the connotation of ERP information system as well as the relation between ERP and BPR, analyzed the features of enterprise ERP construction including the significance of ERP construction,the criteria to value the success of ERP information system construction projects,the working group of ERP system application.The Third chapter discussed and compared ERP information system construction mode.The Fourth chapter studied the participant and cooperation of multiple sides in the key phrases of enterprise ERP information system.The Fifth chapter is Feasibility analysis of Fawer automobile parts Ltd. ERP project construction.The Sixth chapter applied all the previous content to the analysis of a detailed case about Fawer automobile parts Ltd. ERP information system and had a deep research on the problems and countermeasures about the participant and cooperation in the condition of different phases of system construction and each mode. |
