Study On Chinese Participant-agricultural Extension Pattern

Agricultural extension is a social consultation action for development of rural economics. Farmers were organized and educated to increase knowledge, change attitude and improve skill through examination, demonstration, assist and communication. Not only farmers participate in extending agricultural techniques but also they would like to change the production condition, to improve quality of yield, life condition, increase income, enhance intelligence and self decision-making for the purpose of educating new-type farmers and promoting agricultural economics in country. Farm extension pattern is a community of aim, object, content, strategy, method, structure and movement mechanism of farm extension in a nation or region. Participant-agricultural extension pattern is a type of farm extension pattern that was supervised by participant theory and which make participant-techniques development as method. Participance and development of farmers is core.The dissertation study on the farm extension, and make reference to international farm extension pattern and the experiment of participant theory used in China. And the problems of Chinese traditional farm extension were integrated; the Chinese participant farm extension pattern was put forward. Which will promote enthusiasm of doing farm extension, the aim of improving efficiency of farm extension and farmers development will achieved finally. The design of farm extension system and movement mechanism of participant-agricultural extension pattern were developed, the management method and movement security of participant-agricultural extension pattern also were put forward.The dissertation was consisted of six parts as fellow:Chapter one is introduction. Purpose, meaning and review about this question were discussed.In chapter two, the problems and causes of traditional farm extension pattern were discussed.
