With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,enterprises need external access to key resources to cope with the increasingly fierce competition for their further development.The process of securing external resources accompanies with knowledge transfer.However,the knowledge transfer stickiness(KTS)frequently occurs,and it directly affects the knowledge transfer efficiency and effect.The existing researches of knowledge transfer put emphasis on the areas of influencing factors,models as well as strategy research,but not focus on the field of KTS.Especially in the study of knowledge transfer stickiness based on participant dimension,it is not sufficient in the theoretical analysis,and it is necessary and valuable to study deeply.In the view of the above research deficiencies in the areas of KTS,this thesis mainly discusses the influencing factors and forming process of KTS based on participant dimension.In addition,a series of knowledge transfer decrease strategies are proposed by analyzing the formation mechanism of knowledge transfer participant stickiness(KTPS).Firstly,this thesis introduces the definition of the KTPS,and then divides the influencing factors into two kinds:personal factors and relationship factors.Meanwhile,a measurement expression is put forward to indicate the mutual relation between the above factors and KTPS.Secondly,based on the conflict theory,the factors which affect KTPS are classified as goal conflict,background conflict and subjective conscious conflict.After that,this part analyzes the causes of KTPS using different conflict factors.Diverse conflict factors have different impact in different stages,such as the initial stage,performance stage,spread stage and knowledge integration phase.Thirdly,in this thesis,knowledge transfer process is divided into knowledge transfer and knowledge application.Conflict analysis and evolutionary game are used to explain why KTPS come up.Finally,a college engineering technology research center in Henan is selected as the object to study.Take college-enterprise cooperation for example,the effect of knowledge transfer is tested by the above analysis tools,as well as the present KTPS problem of thus research center.On the basis of KTS factor analysis,the measurement expression of knowledge transfer stickiness is established in this thesis.Furthermore,the participant stickiness that originates in the process of knowledge transfer and application is explained by using conflict analysis and evolutionary game.The in-depth study of participant factor has great impact on KTS,as well as improving the efficiency of knowledge transfer between organizations.In a word,the KTS research based on participant dimension has theoretical value and realistic signification to a certain degree.
