With the development of urbanization in China, a lot of problems have risen up. The author has studied the problem about land expropriation, especially the violence problem. The violence is very serious, which undermine our social stability and stop the market economy development in China. Therefore it has critical social significance to study the violence in land expropriation.The main work in this paper: At first, the author introduces the Land Expropriation System in China, and then gives the experience China should learn by comparing the system at home and abroad. After that, the violence problem is analyzed carefully. At last, the author will solve the problem by Land Expropriation System Reform, whose purpose is to establish the system in order to suit the process of Market Economy.The innovation of this paper concentrates on the following aspect:With knowledge on Game Theory, the author has studied the economic reasons to the violence problem and the distribution of benefits between Central Government and local governments. Through the study, we can find out the economic causes of Central Government,local governments,expropriator and farmers without land. That provides means to solve the violence problem. All of this is the innovation on analysis method.To the problem in land expropriation, the author has proposed some suggestion. Including: (1) improving the laws and regulations about land expropriation; (2) increasing the compensation and standardizing the distribution system; (3) improving the social security system for landless peasants and increasing employment and training efforts. That is my innovation on regulations.
