Research On Core Competence Of Logistics Industry In Shandong Peninsular City Group

The level of modernization of the logistics industry is reflecting not only a country's modernization degree and overall national strength but also the urban economic development, so it has been called "accelerator" for the promotion of economic development. As one of the China's eastern coastal city group, Shandong peninsular city group needs good logistics support system as enhancement basis and advanced modern logistics system as development guarantee.Through analyzing the status quo of the Shandong Peninsular city group, the purpose of this paper is to reveal the function of logistics industry core competence influced by the element system of environment and the industrial frame systems, and explores the fundamentals and the main factors of promoting the logistics industry core competence. Furthermore, it tries to establish the logistics support system of Shandong Peninsular city group core competence and creates countermeasure systems for the improvement and sustainable development of Shandong Peninsular city group core competence in order to enhance the economic development in Shandong.In this paper, the analysis methods are as follows:(1) Integrating theory and practice. Based on the theory of the existing city group and logistics, firstly, this paper introduces a number of concepts related to city group logistics system; secondly, it analyzes the development status quo of Shandong Peninsular city group; thirdly, it analyzes the development of Shandong Peninsular city group using SWOT analysis; finally, it puts forward the project of developing peninsular city group logistics industry core competence combining "Shandong Province 11th Five-Year Logistics Plan" and the actual situation of Shandong Peninsular city group.(2) Integrating qualitative and quantitative, qualitative oriented. In the logistics problems, some can only use qualitative analysis, while others use quantitative analysis. The two methods combined will help to fully reveal the nature and the characteristics of the logistics problem, so that it can make argumentation more clearly, argument more fully, logic more clearly. (3) Focus on the macro aspects thinking. This paper focus on the macro aspects to develop peninsular city group logistics under the regional economic conditions.Based on the analysis of core competence of logistics industry in Shandong Peninsular city group, this paper tries to supply theory basis, experience and practical guidance for the healthy development of the logistics industry in Shandong Peninsular city group and supply the scientific ideas and scientific basis for the construction and sustainable development about core competence of logistics industry in Shandong Peninsular city group.
