Half a century has elapsed since the"human resource"brought forward by professor, Peter F. Drucker and the concept that the human resource is the important and scarce one of economic development has been extensively recognized by the human. Therefore, in the current circumstance to deeply study the human resource system of modern enterprises, analyze the current status of human resource management of private enterprises in China and bring forward the human resource system fitting to private enterprises in China have better theoretical and practical meanings.The rapid development of private enterprises pays an active impel role in the national economical development of China, but most private enterprises neglect the human resource management, thus seriously restricting the follow-up development of the enterprise. The writer paid visit to Taikeli Company, personally investigated and studied problems of human resource management in the individual trait enterprises; meanwhile, analyzed and studied the current status of human resource management of Taikeli Company from the view of insider and outsider, analyzed the current status of the status of human resource management of Taikeli Company which was down mainly from human resource allocation, performance evaluation, salary management, excitation mechanism, staff training and enterprise culture and brought forward the countermeasure as per the concept of"bring forward problem—analyze problem---solve problem". Through the investigation and interview, the existing problems were discussed from low quality of staff, unclear position responsibility, serious nepotism, effective talent excitation mechanism in shortage, training system to be improved, unreasonable salary distribution system, negative enterprise culture and lack of overall planning of human resource management. On the basis of exerting the human resource theory, the write brings forward to establish an effective excitation mechanism, transfer the thought of leadership and staff, set position objectives, intensify training, establish characteristic enterprise culture, design reasonable salary managements, establish an consummate performance evaluation system, solve interest conflictions among family members and establish the countermeasure of overall planning of human resource management to strengthen and improve the human resource management of the Company and strategically implement the proposal into Taikeli Company and gain better effects. The paper, through study on the human resource management of Taikeli Company, establishes the human resource management fitting to the Company's development and strengthens the Company's market competitive power to provide the reference for the human resource management of private enterprise in China.
