Projecct Quality Management Of Municipal Drainage Construction

Municipal project is in close relationship with the urban citizens'everyday life and the quality of municipal infrastructures can directly affect level of the urban citizen's life. As the city's bussiness card, the mumicipal project has become a"window"to demonstrate the city's appearance. Among of the various municipal projects, the municipal drainage project is one of the most important, which is in close relationship with every citizen, as well as their everyday life. So the quality of municipal drainage projects has great influence on the life quality of the urban citizens.In this paper about the study quality management of the construction of the municipal drainage project is made. It study is based on the theory of quality management, and uses the advanced notion of quality management for reference. Actions are put forward to improve the quality of the municipal drainage project. Considering the problems existed in the quality management of the construction of of Zhang Gui Zhuang project, how to improve the quality management by adjusting the technique and managing and controlling the construction quality is discussed. Finally the goal of the project's quality will be reached.
