The Compiled Research On Investment Estimation Index Of Municipal Drainage Project In Fujian Province

The content of this thesis is derived from the construction of science and technologyresearch and development projects in Fujian province "to improve the study of municipalengineering investment estimation accuracy of fujian province"(project code:2011-K-12).Projects include the scope of the study of the Municipal Engineering; this paper only study ofthe drainage engineering analysis.Municipal engineering construction is an important link inurban development. With the rapid development of national economy, the urbanizationprocess in China is also accelerating. Governments at all levels have invested a lot ofmanpower, material and financial resources for the construction of municipal engineering andother urban infrastructure. Therefore, it is very important to know how to save and controleffectively the construction costs, an important element of government investment, inmunicipal engineering and how to avoid and eliminate the "three exceeds" in projectinvestment. Municipal engineering investment estimation index is a basis for the effectivecontrol of the cost of investment and construction of municipal engineering and its role isself-evident.After a large number of practical application tests of the municipal projects, in Fujian, ithas been proved that there are some problems with the2007edition of Municipal EngineeringInvestment Estimation Index currently issued by the Ministry of Housing, and theCompilation Methods for Municipal Engineering Investment Estimation. The contents inthese two books are unable to meet the actual needs of the investment management in Fujianmunicipal engineering construction. This thesis focuses on the research on the analysis of thesub-indexes of drainage works in the2007edition of Municipal Engineering InvestmentEstimation Index.First, the thesis elaborates on the current related researches at home and abroad. Andthen it proposes the research contents, approaches and methods of this thesis. Then, the thesismakes an analysis of the adaptability of the2007edition of Municipal EngineeringInvestment Estimation Index in Fujian province with the statistical analysis method and theexpert experience method and determines the adaptive items and non-adaptive items. Itfurther analyses the engineering, material, and machinery of the non-adaptive items andcalculates the non-adaptive estimation items. According to the price regulation of Fujian province, the research works out a reference index system adaptive to the practicalengineering application of Fujiang province by using the2008Chenxi pricing software andthe fixed budget estimate arrangement method.In the end, the thesis elaborates the application of the index system in practicalengineering through actual project cases. It proves the practicability, adaptability and accuracyof the index and proposes some ideas for the application of the index system in the future.
