.With the development of the economy and the improvement of the urbanization level, the architectural design industry in China has entered a period of rapid development. Especially after China joined the world trade organization, the architectural design field of China gradually into the process of globalization. Of course, in the pace of economic globalization, there are both opportunities and challenges with architectural design, how to face these problems has become a hot topic in current. As a pillar industry of our national economy, the construction industry is not only supporting the country’s economic lifeline, but also represents the hard power of a nation. At the same time, in recent years the rapid development of the national economy promotes the rapid development of the construction industry. Since2001, China’s accession to the WTO, the architectural design industry relevant national industry policy, the standards are more perfect and the building design competition is more fiercely. The competition is from the original mainly price, transformed into gradually multiple competition around the multi factor service, price and quality.In1994, the international organization for Standardization (ISO) proposed the ISO9001:2000standard, and China’s equal to the ISO9000Standard Version. To the end of2000, more than18000enterprises through certification. The standard not only summarizes the long experience in the development of quality management, but also provides a framework to establishes the standardization for the enterprise.The implementation of ISO9000standard plays a very important role for the development of this industry in China. But at present, the architectural design industry in our country has some problems, such as S Architectural Design Institute encountered a series of problems in the process of the establishment of quality management system, hinders the further development of enterprises.This thesis firstly describes the content and requirements of the ISO quality management system, then the current situation of the domestic architectural design institute is analyzed. Thirdly, the thesis introduces the mobility of S Architectural Design Institute technical staff, lack of innovation and on-site guidance, drawing scheme’s expression is not accurate, lack of new technology application.Through research quality management system of construction design institute, the thesis puts forward the construction scheme from three aspects of process quality management system construction content, quality management system construction mechanism, the establishment of quality management system, and puts forward some measures to protect the reliable. The ultimate goal is through management system and measures to ensure the perfect product design, and improves the quality of S Architectural Design Institute, creating excellent product design to meet customer needs.
