At present, China's metallurgy engineering at the peak of construction, the construction of the project risk in the investment process is unavoidable, Meanwhile Metallurgical Construction Enterprises also bear the considerable risks. We can only evaluate the risk through scientific analysis , and take effective approach to risk management so as to minimize the loss of purpose and effect. With China's construction market is fully liberalized after joining the WTO and the international rules of a full-scale convergence. The competition in Metallurgical projects is increasing day by day,and competitive rivals change from a purely domestic enterprises to the international enterprises which possess the advanced technologies, standardize management and richful capital. The risk in the construction growes up in a high speed which caused by the market competition, also the seriously loss followed by. Therefore, strengthening the metallurgical projects on risk management is very necessary. This paper underline the reseach on the metallurgical engineering for risk handling, also Practiced through case analyzing.This thesis is divided into five Chapters:The first chapter briefly introduces the risk management outline ,risk defination and risk formation & development of the project, and the background , meaning and method of task study.The second chapter presents the content and characteristic of metallurgy project.It mainly elucidates iron smelting system , steel smelting system and continuous casting system for machine erection .The third chapter introduces our country's metallurgical industry status and risk investigation status, foreign risk management investigation status,compare and analyse domestic and abroad metallurgical industry ,and enhence risk management of construction company .The fourth chapter discusses risk solution investigation.Main methods contain: reinforce contract management,construct counterclaim ,project insurance ,technical measure and so on.The paper mainly discusses about using technical measure to set down metallurgy engineering risk.The fifth chapter combines Cao Feidian project and Qian An steel works project ,ect. practical projects to analyse technical measure in risk solution.
