A Study On Institution-building Of Technical Innovation For State-owned Metallurgy Enterprises

With the globalization and informatization of economy, the influence on global economy of technical innovation becomes more important. Enterprises of developed countries accelerated to develop technologies and knowledge concentrated industries by their first-mover advantage of technologies. And then the traditional industries upgrade rapidly, the economy growth points turn to high-tech industries. The technical barriers to entry to enterprises of developing countries were uninterruptedly made. They gained large comparative advantage relatively. The technical innovation becomes more and more important for the development of enterprises.Domestic market became international integration gradually after China's entry into WTO. Every industry was faced not only domestic competition but also international competition. In order to strengthen competitiveness and development aftereffect of China's state-owned enterprises, and motivate state-owned enterprises to innovate and develop, the technical innovation must be carried forward more systematically to shape the product differentiations of enterprises. And then the enterprises would remain invincible in a rat race of domestic and overseas. This dissertation main studies followings on basis of innovation practice of company TG.Firstly, technical innovation background and significance of state-owned enterprises, the research literature on technical innovation of enterprises in home and overseas were studied, and thinking about study on this dissertation was put forward.Secondly, by study on basic theories of technical innovation, the connotation, features, and types of technical innovation of enterprises were analyzed. And the basic law, structure and mechanism of technical innovation of enterprises were studied.Thirdly, the conditionality factors of technical innovation for state-owned enterprises were analyzed by study on current situations of technical innovation for state-owned enterprises, and institution-building of technical innovation for state-owned enterprises was put forward.Fourthly, using company TG as an example, the current situations of technical innovation for TG's, the management system reconstruction of scientific research item, the countermeasure to build the team of innovative personnel and institution-building of management and distribution of technical innovation funds were analyzed.This dissertation combined the basic theory of technical innovation with management practice of company TG by uniting theory and practice, and put forward an available for reference benchmarking for state-owned enterprises to energetically explore in technical innovation field.
