The Analysis And Research Of Cost Control Of Machinery And Electricity Engineer Project In Metallurgy Industry

As one of the base industry in our country, metallurgy industry has gone through a screw ascending procedure in recent years, which experiences excess increment, restrain of macro adjustment and healthy development. Facing up to the market with fast changing speed and scope, the machinery and electricity enterprises must improve their engineer project management level in order to occupy an advantaged position in vehement market competition. The engineer project cost control, which is the most directly influencing factor of enterprise profit, becomes more and more pivotal.The author of this paper has committed himself to the management work of machinery and electricity engineer in metallurgy industry for a long time. He has realized the actuality, predominance, insufficiency, bottleneck and developing direction of cost management in his enterprise. In this paper, It firstly dwells on these contents mentioned above, analyzes them aiming at characteristics of this industry, and introduces related project management theories focusing on cost control. Then it imports the main example project of this paper, and analyzes its cost status by means of advanced management theories and scientific management methods. Based on this example, It works over how to improve the control of project cost from several aspects which includes designing, risk analysis, stocking and implementation of project. It also puts forward its owner management method and applies a part to factual project work, while introducing its effects. Finally, It discusses other cost management methods applying to the same project, such as earned value management, standard cost system, cost analysis methods, etc.The research purpose of this paper is how to implement machinery and electricity engineer project cost control in metallurgy industry in order to support running and stratagem of project management on the background of new economic and industry conditions. Its research is very significant to engineer project cost management of metallurgy industry and helpful to accelerate the whole management level of enterprises'project.
