| Modern agriculture is a wide range of industries forms and multi-purpose industrial systems.Modern agriculture can protect the supply of agricultural products,increase the income of the farmers and also establish a wide range of industries form which includes the first industry,the second industry and the third industry.In recent years,the construction of modern agricultural park is growing up rapidly,but the situation does not look very well according to the investigation.Some modern agricultural park has a range of issues such as low economic efficiency;the form does not match the content and increasingly shown signs of decline.One of the reasons for these problems is the lack of a reasonable system and pertinent planning.This thesis combine三theories in agriculture,economy,environmental protection, attempted to analyze and settle problems of modern agriculture parks in Jiangsu Province by using demonstration,comparison,planning mode building,case applying.Then,the thesis built a planning mode and used it in real cases,in order to provide the reference for future study in planning and designing.Firstly,the article analysis of the development of modern agriculture,modern agricultural park on the types,features and characteristics of modern agriculture at home and abroad as well as the development of the park is studied.Secondly,according to the Provincial-level modern agricultural parks and also considered the regional condition,the size and the supporting way,the writer chose 10 cases for investigation and research.Through these modern agricultural park in the planning and construction aspects in common,personality and problems in the analysis,the article points out modern agricultural park planning and designing of the theories and methods in Jiangsu Province in the aspects of main industry,function expression and project planning.Finally,the thesis examined the mode in the cases of Jiangsu GuanNan modern agriculture demonstration area. |
