Study On Developing Mode Of Contemporary Agricultural Garden In Jiangsu Province

The construction of contemporary agricultural garden of Jiangsu province has ahistory of over20years, the scale of the parks expand gradually,and the type of themkeeps increasing, modern agricultural development of Jiangsu province has beenprovided with some energy, but it also faces with many problems, such as investmentreturn rate is not high, investment doesn't last long term, strategic planning isunreasonable, function positioning is not clear and lack of characteristic, structureintegrity is poor and so on. Jiangsu province how to choose reasonable mode of modernagricultural park development and to promote their comprehensive benefit effectively toalleviate and to solve these problems become the subjects of this research.Firstly, based on the full understanding of domestic and international modernagricultural park theory and practice development, this research sorts out overallsituation of modern agricultural park at home and abroad, and summarizes the problemsof construction of contemporary agriculture garden and theor ies.Secondly, the research introduces the development status of modern agriculturalpark in Jiangsu Province. Jiangsu province agricultural park is divided into four kind ofdevelopment model types through the main investor, the strategic planning, the functionorientation, the organization structure and the management mechanism, these types arescience and technology demonstration park, agricultural industrial park, agriculturaltourism demonstration garden and the integrated park.The third part of the research uses the AHP analytic hierarchy process and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, not only establishes a modern agricultural parkcomprehensive benefits evaluation index system. But also realizes the index weightcalculation and consistency check and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of our kindof development model park of Jiangsu Province. According to evaluation results we canfind that at present the comprehensive benefit of science and technology demonstrationpark and technology demonstration and sightseeing integrated agricultural park ofJiangsu province relatively better.Finally, this research summed up the main problems that the further development ofmodern agriculture park in Jiangsu province has faced with. At the same time this partalso provides the corresponding countermeasure on improving comprehensive benefit ofmodern agricultural park in Jiangsu Province, in order to promote the long-termdevelopment of them.
