The former study of the promotion from the rural to rural economic usually focus on the developed area, so this article try to through studying the rural finance in Yang Zhou to approaching the relation between the rural finance and the economic in Medium developed area to generalizing the feature of the rural fiance in this area. Then discuss how to Deepening reforming in rural finance to improving the efficacy of the rural finance, Optimizing the supplement of the rural finance, constructing the rural finance system to promoting the development of the rural economic. In the end achieve the target of development in both the rural finance and the rural economic. it has a meaning in solving the problems in countryside, create the Harmonious society, building the New socialist countryside and promote de development in national economic.This article has five parts: part 1 presents the background and the framework of the dissertation. part 2 reviews the course in the development of the rural finance and the current situation. part 3 study the relation between the rural finance and the rural economic in real example analysis in Yang Zhou.
