The Study On Relating Problems Of Rural Financial Reform

Rural economy is an important part of national economy. Rural economic development is significant. Our rural economy has achieved great achievement, however, it is also confronted with great challenges. There are some reasons to the situation, one of them is rural finance. Nowadays, there are some problems between rural economy and rural finance. Rural financial system cannot meet financing demand of rural economic development, and rural capital outflows severely. Based on historical research on rural finance, through analyzing the reasons which cause problems between rural economic development and rural finance, the paper puts forward some suggestions to deepen rural financial reform, improve effective of rural financing demand, optimize rural financing supply, in order to establish a rural financial system which can promote rural economic development and rural financial development. It is useful to solve "Three Rural" Problem, build harmonious society, build of a new socialist countryside and promote national economic sustainable development.
