Along with the incessant development of market economic and the influence of economic globalization, the reformation pace of China's state-owned enterprises has been increasing. The competence of these enterprises have been improving steadily, but we can't ignore that many enterprises still face money loss, even some of them are in the edge of bankruptcy.
