The Empirical Study On The Motivation Mechanism Of Managers Of State Owned Enterprises In Western Region

In this economic organization taking profit as purpose of enterprises, the human resources are indispensable. In a great deal of human resources, the operator plays an important role to management and developing of enterprises. Lag of the incentive mechanism of operator causes operator talent run off directly not merely, and still influences the management states of enterprises and enterprise's competitiveness indirectly.Overall development of western economy needs the micro foundation which has competitive power and high-effect. The final purpose of strategy that develops the western regions is to realize driving the growth of western economy finally through cultivating a number of enterprise organizations that can meet local natural conditions and social economic environment. The state-owned enterprise has given play to important function in history of western development of economy, and it still has a very important position now .If we can be making the rational arrangement to the policies of the reform and development of these state-owned enterprises, western state-owned enterprise may become western strong engine and important strong point of develop-the-west strategy stage the next still. For this reason, making effective incentive mechanism on the basis of western current situation of enterprise to arouse the enthusiasm of operator of western state-owned enterprise , which can improve achievement of enterprise and development of the western economy.This text has carried on research to the incentive mechanism of the operator of western state-owned enterprise from the following aspects mainly:First of all, it has introduced the current situation of domestic and international research on incentive from two respects of the theory and real example, proceed from the commission between the owner and operator of enterprises - agent relation, use models to analyze the behavior, incentive mechanism and enterprise's performance of the operator of state-owned enterprise theoretically.Secondly, it introduces some main means which the operator of state-owned enterprise adopts, and analyses some questions that these means exist at present. Regarding the policy of incentive mechanism as the western environment thatincentive mechanism study, and carrying on the positive research to western state-owned enterprise current situation and incentive mechanism of operator by utilizing western data of listed company fully.Finally, on the basis of the above theory and positive research, have put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of improving operator's incentive mechanism of western state-owned enterprise.
