As international trade are growing up and the implement of new ISO/TS16949:2002 standards, the manufacturing especially automotive industry establish its quality system according to the requirement of ISO/TS16949 for the competition in the market. ISO/TS16949 is a global quality management system for the automotive industry, all the large automotive manufactures requests that their suppliers and subcontractors must get the ISO/TS16949:2002 certification before the required date. Before the end of 2006, the global companies either have got the QS9000 certification or newly-run companies should get the ISO/TS16949:2002 certifications. So to actualize ISO/TS16949 quality management system becomes an important and necessary work for product quality control of enterprise for modern automotive supply chain.Actualize ISO/TS16949 quality management system that is set up quality system and quality frame and which requests to improve and reengineering current operation process. In modern enterprise, process is the key to use conformity resource to create the value and high progress, so business process reengineering is a high profit movement, but high profit comes with high risk, whatever from choosing the opportunity of business process reengineering or analyzing process issues, or the organization and lead of business process reengineering, there are many factors to be considered. The project management is rightly a good concept, method and tool of planning, organization, lead and controls the task to achieve. Apply project management in business process reengineering that can increase the efficiency greatly, reducing unnecessary mistakes. The thesis is a successful exemplification that actualize successfully business process reengineering base on project management.The thesis firstly to summarize business process reengineering and project management conception and basic knowledge, introduce the background of actualizing business process reengineer, that is why implements business process reengineering in Sanbor, follow explain ISO/TS16949 quality management systems, and then expatiate implement BPR base on project management in Sanbor corporation, expatiate them side of project plan, organization, implement and ending, and combine process reengineering process, from decision-making and plan of BPR, current process analysis and redesign new process, implement new process and compare the effect after BPR and before BPR, get conclusion finally, bring forward how to use project management during start to business process reengineering, use for reference for these enterprises which in process of the work like this.
