Compensation Positioning is one part of the compensation designing system. And it is a process to decide the corporation's compensation level in the labor market. It decides the compensation competitive ability directly. According to human resource is the source of the core competitiveness, it's more important for those companies who want to build the core competitive ability and absorb the excellent employees. And the proper compensation positioning is embodied in compensation's market competitiveness.Based on the former study of the employee turnover causation, a hypothesis was built on the analysis of the high turnover rate in FC Company. Combining the organization life cycle theory, an improvement suggestion was given in the compensation positioning.The main content of this thesis can be introduced briefly as:Preface: Introduce the motivation of the theme, main research content and the writing logic.Chapter 1: Introduce the conceptions of compensation positioning, employee turnover and organization life cycle theory. Then present the compensation positioning designing logic based on the organization life cycle theory.Chapter 2: Description of the problems in the positioning process in terms of compensation positioning history in FC Company. Then suggested the improvement process in compensation positioning and evaluated the implementing result.Chapter 3: The end part sums up the main conclusions and the limitation of this thesis.
