| The small-medium-sized enterprises are the main force which propels the economy growth, the important strength which alleviates employment pressure, and the main fountainhead of the technological advancement and system innovation. At present years, Xiangtan has fast developed and has obtained great achievement,small- medium-sized enterprises in Xiangtan are being at the scale- rising stage, and make great contribution to economy growth. However, generally speaking, they are also facing many bottle neck of development,extremely financing gap. Taking the narration and review on the domestic and foreign financing theory of small- medium-sized enterprise as the breakthrough point, drawing on the successful experiences about supporting the development of small- medium - sized enterprises in America, Japan and German, and using the relating financing structural theory, this article carries out systematical research thoroughly on small-medium-sized enterprises'financing demand situation and financial support from banks from both qualitative and quantitative aspects, tries hard to discover the reason to financing predicament, finally provide related policy and suggestion to alleviate the financing problem of small- medium-sized enterprise:we must develop more channels and strengthen financial support in order to resolve its fund problem. |
