Research On The Problems And Solutions Of BOT Model Being Used In Environmental Protection Projects Of China

Fund is the key to Environmental Protection .In the "11th Five-Year Plan" period, China's environmental protection faces a serious problem of a huge shortfall in funds, sewage treatment and solid waste treatment industries use BOT a lot in the environmental protection industry, the two industries are also municipal utilities industry, in the proportion of large, covers a wide range of investment and influence in the environmental protection industry .using BOT can reduce the Government's financial burden and improve the efficiency of the operation of the project and provide enormous financial support for the Environmental Protection.China's BOT practice shows that the BOT model can be used not only foreign capital but also domestic capital to environmental protection projects. There are still many problems and obstacles in the operation of BOT projects in China's environmental protection industry.
