Study On The Technological Innovation Strategy Of Enterprises

To work out practice problem of small and medium enterprises innovation of Science and Technology style on agriculture, In this paper, from the perspective of technological innovation of Science and Technology style enterprises, the theoretical and empirical research is done on technological innovation strategy of Hunan Zhenghong Science and Technology Develop Co.Ltd ( "Zheng Hong Co.Ltd "). Zhenghong Co.Ltd is an enterprise groups that the main business is to produce and shop feed. Because the competition has increased in recent years, It's advantage of the technological development cannot present in the market completely, the company is facing the challenges during its development.The paper focuses on a theory to settle the real problem in an enterprise, and using HNZHKJ as the focus, facing the global economy unification. The paper first points out the meaning and the objective of the study in this text. It looks back and summarize the technological innovation theory, refines the theory frame of HNZHKJ applying the newstrategy of the technological innovation------"analysis of the enterprise environment -recognition of the core competency——selection of the strategy of the technologicalinnovation——implementation of the strategy——enhance the ability of technologicalinnovation". Second, this paper analyzes the strategic environment of the HNZHKJ's technological innovation based on the real evidence. Third, this paper analyzes and brings forward systematically the strategic positioning and the objective of the technological innovation of HNZHKJ as well as five sub-strategies for the key point of the strategy, i.e. product innovation, technology innovation, market innovation, management innovation and human resources cultivation. Next, this paper describes the implementation of the strategy of the HNZHKJ's technological innovation, i.e. plan of the strategy, measure of the strategy, implementation of the strategy. It points out the ideas of the appraising and control of the strategy. The conclusion is that HNZHKJ should cultivate the technological innovation ability as the enterprise's core competence to achieve a new level of the development and to construct the corner stone of continuous development.
