The Research On The Relationship Of Enterprise Organization Transformation To Enhance The Efficiency Of Technological Innovation

Changes in world economy surging, the fall and decline of a traditional giant,announced a new era is coming. Today, enterprises are to obtain a dominant position,in the fierce market competition; they must strengthen the ability of technologydevelopment, to enhance the efficiency of technological innovation. Factors affectingthe efficiency of technological innovation are multifaceted, such as nationalmacroeconomic regulation and control of industrial development policy, humanresources, financial strength, but these internal and external factors need to beintegrated through the organization structure and thus be reflected in the changes ofinnovation and efficiency, the organizational structure of the core elements ofinnovation and efficiency. This change trend is in line with the requirements oftechnological innovation and the ability to enhance the efficiency of technologicalinnovation, has become an important issue.The purpose of this study is to first find out the mechanism betweenorganizational change and technology innovation efficiency.
