Analysis About The Impacts Of Entrepreneur's Competency To International Entrepreneurship Of Chinese Enterprise

With the rapid development of globalization, the barriers to international trade are eliminating, and the obstacle of capital flows is being broken. The internationalization of the domestic market, and the domestic-ilzation of international competitiveness has become the familiar phenomenon of Chinese economy. Facing to the saturated market, Chinese enterprises have to be involved into the international market, and international operation is the only approach to the survival and growth of firms. Only taking the world market for the developing space of enterprises, and only supported by the share and rescores of world, enterprises can develop sustainably.With high-quality and cheaper labor and gradually improved market rules, China has made great achievements on the aspects of foreign investment. But that domestic enterprises do international entrepreneurship is hesitating and developing slowly.Because of the change from management to entrepreneurial phase of world economy, entrepreneurs'competency to international entrepreneurship is more important than ever before. Therefore researchers of international entrepreneurship need to improve the study on the entrepreneurs'competency. Which ability of entrepreneurs the international entrepreneurship is needed is the core of the research.Comparing the models and theories of entrepreneurship and international entrepreneurship through case analysis method, this research establishes the simple model of the impacts about the specific seven capacities of entrepreneurs to the three dimensions of international entrepreneurship.Firstly, I analyze the roles of entrepreneurs in the six entrepreneurship models, and then I get the five key responsibilities on the entrepreneurship process: the responsibility of discovering and evaluating opportunities, the responsibility of discerning and adapting environment, the responsibility of integrated making decision, the responsibility of integrating recourses and the responsibility of company controlling and developing.Compared with the international entrepreneurship of Zahra and George, I analyze the impacts of entrepreneurs'responsibilities to the dimensions of international entrepreneurship: the impacts of the responsibility of discovering and evaluating opportunities to the speed of international entrepreneurship; the impacts of the responsibility of discerning and adapting environment to the scope of international entrepreneurship; the impacts of the responsibility of integrated making decision to the extent, speed and scope of international entrepreneurship; the impacts of the responsibility of integrating resources to the speed of international entrepreneurship; the impacts of the responsibility of company controlling and developing to the extent and scope of international entrepreneurship.Secondly, I define specific seven abilities of entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurship through the analysis of entrepreneurs'competency theories and the key entrepreneurs'qualities theory of Timmons: innovation, learning, undertaking and judging risks, organizing, leading, controlling and the personal relationship. Through three Chinese cases about international entrepreneurship of Haier, Lenovo, TCL and combined with entrepreneur's competency theory, I establish the competency-constitution of entrepreneurs needed by the responsibilities of entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurship: innovation, undertaking and judging risks, the personal relationship and learning; the competency-constitution of entrepreneurs needed by the responsibilities of discerning and adapting environment:learning and leading; the competency-constitution of entrepreneurs needed by the responsibilities of integrated making decision: undertaking and judging risks and learning;, the competency-constitution of entrepreneurs needed by the responsibilities of integrating resources: organizing, leading, and the personal relationship; the competency-constitution of entrepreneurs needed by the responsibilities of company controlling and developing: controlling and innovation.At last, based on the responsibility of entrepreneur-medium variable, I get the relationship between the entrepreneur's competency and the dimension of international entrepreneurship, and establish the simple model of the impacts of entrepreneur's competency to international entrepreneurship.
