The origins of Innovation concept can be trace back to U.S. economist Schumpeter's'Theory of Economic Development'in 1912. Schumpeter put forward in his work: The innovation means to lead'new combination'of a kind of new production factor and the production conditional into production system. It includes following five kinds of circumstances: import a kind of new product, import a kind of new production method, develop a new market, and acquire original material or a kind of new supply source of semi-processed goods. Schumpeter's innovation contained a wide scope, for example involving a technique variety of innovation and no-technique variety of organization innovation. Whatever the innovation has been more and more realized that it's very import in mankind society development. No matter the innovation in technique or in management, it can be said innovation is the root of business enterprise existence.The M Communication Company as a province branch of one of three primary communication operators in China, what's to face is a complicated environment of pressures and opportunities, where the macroscopic economy isn't optimistic, the Industry competes gradually vigorous, customer's need ever-changing and new techniques pile up. So if the M Communication Company wants to continue to keep ahead in market competition and continuously exploits the new customers, one of the essential conditions is how to constantly develop new products that can attract our customers. At the same time, the M Communication Company develops many new products in the past several years, and piles up a lot of resources of cooperation colleagues they also are providing constantly new product even some new originalities. Face both the complicated customer's needs and numerous new product resources, how to effectively combine two sides, one is our customers can accept agreeably new products, another is enterprise can carries out the social or economic efficiency, it is a very important problem that M Communication Company must face to. This research topic is just be put forward in the background, by analyzing former worthy history data and according to our experience, tries hard to make out a set of new product development evaluation system which is must applicable to the M Communication Company.This text analyzes the actuality of the M Communication Company new product development firstly. The new business development department was established in 2000 and it's responsible for a developing of new product. But so far, there isn't a effective evaluation system on new product development. We mostly adopt a traditional evaluation method and haven't built up strict mathematics model. It is rough, simple, lack on the meticulous evaluation of the indicator. The evaluation on new product development is haven't been accepted and it isn't effective evaluation system.This text introduces the BP network to build up the evaluation system of M Communication Company new product development on this foundation. The evaluation of the M Communication Company new product development is a very complicated; it's a non-linear, ever-changing and uncertain system, in the meantime, involving many complicated factors, such as technique, economy, management and society...etc. Traditional evaluation method is hard to satisfy the request of success rate on the new product of development. Under this circumstance, BP network with many own advantages on parallel distribution, self-organization, self-adaptations can satisfy the request of evaluation on M Communication Company new product development. This text tries to train the network with historical data, and finally get a set of effective comprehensive evaluation system that can meet actual work need.In the end, this text makes use of software Matlab to train and analyze the BP network, and finally form a set of comprehensive evaluation system. In the textual end, I carry on a substantial research with the actual case of two products. The research is advantageous to solve comprehensive evaluation problem of M Communication Company and similar communication operator, and is advantageous to the optimization and success rate of item. It's has important fulfillment meaning.1. On the basis of analyzing evaluating actuality, this text will make use of a Delphi method (expert investigation method) to perfect the evaluation system of M Communication Company new product development, and to make the evaluation system much more match the actual work of the M Communication Company;2. This text choose BP network as evaluation method by analyzing on the characteristic of complexity, non-linear etc. of new product development. It make the evaluation method more appropriate;3. By training the BP network with valuable data, the synthetical evaluation model is more effective, and improve the optimization rate;...
