For financing, the model suggests the government to investment directly. For investment, the model suggests to construct related policy supporting. For the exit, the model advices policy to make sure the Government take all systems effectively.In this article, after the model, the fourth part of the article used the relevant cases of domestic and abroad to make verification. And it points out the model is reasonable.Finally, this article has made the conclusion of the study and predicates the future. Under the guidance of the Government's scientific and effective policy, Chinese venture capital industry will increasingly play a more important role in the market economy. And our Venture Capital will be able to get attention score in the world.
