The core employees are the major creators of the core abilities,the sources of power of production operations,development and expansion,so their resignations have significant impact on the enterprises.However,many enterprises are being frequently troubled by the staff turmoil,and the losses of talented people make business managers feel confused,so many enterprises urgently need to solve how to effectively manage the core staff.The career management of core staff will be an effective way of attracting and retaining core staff,because in the course of carrying out the career management,the organization can combine career developments and demands of the core staff with the company's strategic development needs,provide them with career development platform, through which the core staff will accomplish career development,at the same time the organization will improve its performance and achieve its goal.This paper is based on the relative core employees' contents and the basic theory of the career management.Through the analysis of the conditions and reasons of core staff's career management,the paper,learning advanced practical experience of the career management at home and abroad,designs Basic career management system for the core staff;And at the operational level,it researches into how to implement career management. Its innovation is as follows:to design career Management Model of the core staff,analyze the relation of performance appraisal,salary management,training management,staff quality and evaluation with career management,and study specifically how to effectively implement these systems to support career management;To point out overlooked important issue in the process of career management:the selection of core staff,and apply gray multi-level comprehensive evaluation method,which is a set of Scientific and practical methods of analyzing,selecting and evaluating the core staff,to the selection process,in order to enable enterprises to select candidates objectively,fairly and comprehensively. In short,carrying out the career management of core staff can make them feel more recognition,enhance their corporate loyalty.In turn,it can match the right men to the right posts,and improve enterprises' ability to innovate and adapt to change.As a result,the study on career management system of the core employees has especial practical significance.
