With the rapid development of China's home improvement industry,talent competition has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises,Due to the low barriers to entry of China's home improvement industry,the lack of uniform norms,the overall quality of the staff,the lack of talent has been hindered the development of home improvement enterprises obstacles.With more and more standardized management of the enterprises,more and more attention has been paid to human resources.But most of the enterprises in the management of human resources,and did not take into account the career management of employees.It is because of the lack of this part of the work content,which caused a lot of employees work enthusiasm,staff mobility,occupation direction is not clear,in this environment,how to improve the staff s ability,make the existing key positions of reserve personnel has become a key factor for each enterprise to enhance the core competitiveness in the fierce market competition in.Through the analysis of each stage of the enterprise,the staff career management plays an important role.It can not only help enterprises to cultivate high-quality talents,but also promote the development strategy of enterprises.Therefore,employee career management is of great significance to the development strategy of YC company.In this paper,the development strategy of YC company as the guide,combining with the current situation of human resource management of YC company,analyzes the main problems existing in the management of employee occupation career:YC's leadership on the occupation career management of employees do not pay enough attention to the company,employee occupation career planning did not play a guiding role,the lack of employee occupation career management based on oriented human resource management system.To solve these problems,this article through the literature,journals and books,put forward the following solutions for employee occupation career management of YC company:to establish employee occupation career oriented recruitment system,training system,performance system and clear promotion channel.This paper carries on the design to the employee occupation career management of YC company,to better mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of the staff of YC company,YC company to strengthen the effectiveness of human resources management is of great significance to achieve the goals of the development strategy of YC company.
