This research focuses on consultant, employing referring to literatures and questionnaire to research the influential factors of consultant's working achievement. In data analysis, some traditional statistical methods, such as one-way analysis of variance, LSD, correlation analysis, were used.Five parts are included in this research:The first part summarizes staff performance factors, consultant's connotation and behavior characteristics, as well as the domestic correlation research progress, then points out the shortage of the past research. This part provides the theoretical significance for the next investigation.The second part makes a pilot study of the consultant's working achivement factors according to the literature summary and the behavior characteristic, and establishes the factor conceptual model.The third part constructs the consultant working achievement influence factor questionnaire in China according to the factor conceptual model, proposes the supposition, and counts the questionnaire implementation situation and analyzes the reliability coefficient.The fourth part probes into the effect of population variable on the evaluate of consultant performance influence factors by one-way ANOVA, SNK.The fifth part applies the correlation analysis and researches the correlation between the performance influence factors of consultant and working achievement, as well as the correlation between organization system factors to the work attitude influence and the working achievement.
